When this recession / depression hits, tax receipts will plummet, creating a bigger deficit and adding more to the debt. Then QE, massive stimulus and trillions of money printing are next. Aggressive rate cuts are starting next month, which is major inflationary. Buckle up, things are about to get even more crazy. They have no solution. Their solution will be to print more money and maybe lower rates. It’s a bandaid on a gaping wound. Yup, It’s either the greatest depression in history, or lower rates and print trillions more.

We set a new record for US National Debt. The US national debt is growing at the rate of $1 trillion every 100 days.
The interest on the debt is on pace for $1.5 trillion in the next 12 months, which is about 30% of all govt revenue going to interest payments.

The ONLY way out, other than sundry forms of economic chaos, is to reduce spending and grow our way out of it. Raising taxes would be a counterproductive move. Further to that, the only substantial spending reductions will HAVE to come with entitlements. A majority of Americans balk at that, believing the political demagoguery that tells them people will suffer. The hard truth is that more people will suffer, and suffer more deeply, if we don't reduce entitlement spending.

SS, Medicaid, Medicare, military, pensions, interest payment on the debt are all mandatory spending which takes over 100% of all gift revenues. as I laid out earlier, there’s nothing to cut. Entitlements can be changed. Republicans want to rein them in. A sizeable minority of Democrats want to rein them in. Neither have the political will to do so, because the American public won't support it. We can only hope that, when these programs go bankrupt and the crisis hits, the prevailing party in DC will use the crisis to curtail the entitlements rather than use the crisis to grow government and expand power.

70% of Americans dont have $1000 cash. Entitlements will never be cut. The only possible outcomes are
1) keep the system alive by printing trillions 2) crash the economy and bring in the great reset

They have always known that our debt was essentially a Ponzi scheme, and that our system would eventually fail. Every time the system falters the really rich get a lot richer. I have no reason to believe that a hard crash will be any different. Even more dramatic. You can see where they want to take us, I mean our controllers. “You will own nothing and like it” (but if you don’t, they don’t give a shit) Be a good citizen or you won’t get your CBDC funds this week! Don’t look at their fake deficit numbers, we are adding 3T to the debt annually.
