The real story the Democrats are trying to drown out is the willful destruction of a community by dumping 20,000 illegal aliens into a town of population of 50,000 without consulting them or warning them. Then the residents complain about the chaos this inevitably created, the citizens are either dismissed or condemned as racist. Fuck the governor, he doesn't live there. The only opinions that matter are the citizens of the city and they don't want the migrants there. Your blanket accusation that citizens dont want them there is not true. Im sure some dont, but here is an example of one who does welcome them.
“We want more jobs in our community, and in order to fill those jobs, some jobs need to be people who are not originally from here,” Jaime McGregor, who owns the manufacturing factory McGregor Metals in Springfield, told PBS.
McGregor told the outlet that about 10% of his workforce, about 30 employees, is Haitian.
“I wish I had 30 more,” he said. “Our Haitian associates come to work every day. They don’t have a drug problem. They’ll stay at their machine. They’ll achieve their numbers. They are here to work. And so in general, that’s a stark difference from what we’re used to in our community.”

I don't care what the Governor says, when the residents of the city are the source of the complaints AND the simple math of the problem is self-evident. DeWine is part of the problem, as he too is ignoring his own constituents. |

What I find disturbing is that while a lot of people can’t see this, I suspect that a lot of Democratic voters see it clear as day and approve of it, because they think permanent Democratic Party is a good thing. What they don’t understand is that any party corrupt enough to do something like this could turn on them just as easily. And if they do so, these voters will find they intentionally voted away their ability to do anything about it. |

It's nuts how we're going through this cultural meme-storm over cats.
The corporate news media has gone through a weird story arc this week. The leading candidate is almost assassinated for the second time, followed by the news media spending a few days going "he's lying about migrants eating cats/geese, this one city manager said so" Then videos/photos started going viral of migrants actually stealing or trying to kill cats/geese. Then the news media moved on to the next thing quickly. "This is a man who said that nazis were fine people, and that he wanted to have Hitler's baby. More made-up horseshit at 11."

Actually I just read he was born in Springfield Ohio and grew up in Yellow Springs, which is 10 miles away. He and his wife have a house in Cedarville OH (which is 12.7 miles away from Springfield according to google maps). So yeah, he has skin in the game. Nice try. |

Now if only the same can be said of Haitians not hurting women and children, crashing vehicles, and overwhelming resources. Isn't it amazing how 49 illegal immigrants being sent to Martha's Vineyard (increasing the population by 0.33%) was called a humanitarian crisis, resulting in the immediate deportation of said illegals from the Island. Yet, Kamala increased the population of Springfield by ~34% when she flew illegals into America, and the working people of that town are told "tough shit." |
