An illegal alien who kills an American citizen should get the express death penalty. It was probably an accident but it shows the stupidity of letting any 3rd world Citizen into our country, and let them stay and drive around illegally until they are caught, or kill someone. How can democrats sit and watch what is going on in silence. My oldest nephew is a St. Louis are police officer. It could have been him. We all know someone in the force.

How can democrats sit and watch what is going on in silence. My oldest nephew is a St. Louis are police officer. It could have been him. We all know someone in the force. My wife works for an attorney and she regularly has illegal immigrants come in with tickets who can't speak a word of English (except "no English") accompanied by their (illegal) employer trying to get their ticket fixed. Of course there's almost nothing that can be done for them except to go to court and plead guilty, but they STILL expect to get it 'amended' and the lawyer is more than willing to take their money for doing what they could do themselves (plead 'guilty'). Oh, and they virtually NEVER actually pay the fine - so all legal fees are paid up front. So just keep in mind - EVERY illegal immigrant in Missouri is driving without a license, since Missouri does not issue licenses to illegal immigrants and does not recognize those issued by other states to illegal immigrants (ex. California). And if they don't have a license, they definitely don't have insurance. revisor.mo.gov/main/OneSection.aspx?section=302.063#:~:text=A%20driver%27s%20license%20issued%20to,of%20revenue%20for%20any%20purpose.

Court records obtained by First Alert 4 showed Chavez-Rodriguez was on probation for a previous domestic assault and DWI case in St. Charles County. At the time of his last arrest, police said he was living in the country illegally.
That was from a blurb at the end of the story about this on KMOV.com. This really angers me. If this guy picked up a previous DUI and Domestic Assault case and was illegal what on earth is St. Charles doing? There is a mechanism in place to report these things. Why was an illegal given probation and sent on his way?
When I was a Public Defender many moons ago I dealt with ICE on occasion. A client of mine would get pinched, we would find out they were illegal and they would get sent home more often than not. I guess things don't operate like that any longer.?

That's part of the problem. Not only has Biden/Kamala opened the borders and flown unscreened illegal immigrants directly into America, when the illegal immigrants get convicted (and often issued deportation orders), this regime refuses to deport them. Everyday, there are stories of illegal immigrants raping, robbing, or killing US citizens. It makes one wonder why our government is giving preferential treatment to third world immigrants (often illiterate in their own home land) over US Citizens.

Do we know St. Charles didn't report him? It's not the county or even the state that can deport someone - that is the responsibility of Homeland Security and ICE. I'd imagine the local authorities would LOVE to have ICE pick up these scumbags and deport them, but what do they do when ICE ignores their requests?

I saw this posted on another site but I could not verify its accuracy. Alledgedly from the St. Peters's MO police department.
"We arrested Mr. Chavez-Rodriguez on October 26, 2020. While he was in custody, we contacted Department of Homeland Security – Immigration and Customs Enforcement to request a detainer. A detainer was refused by their agency."
I suspect this is probably what happened and explains why this person was still here.

Got it. 3 spurt: always there to support the democratic criminals. He’s got their back. If he’s got nothing else, He reached for the trusty, pathetic, “but, Trump….” argument.
