It’s time to pull the plug and let DEI die.

But the quickest fix should be Trump’s highest priority: Cutting off the supply of money that feeds the DEI industrial complex on campuses and elsewhere.

People are entitled to their viewpoints, but they are not entitled to federal money to promote discriminatory conduct.

The federal government must eliminate funding for any program, anywhere in the federal government, that includes race- or ethnicity-based eligibility or preferences — including the use of DEI statements for admission, hiring or promotion.

Indeed, it’s also time to cut federal funding completely for any institution, public or private, educational or otherwise, that uses such discriminatory DEI criteria.

That’s a much-needed hammer over the heads of institutions that play whack-a-mole, repeatedly setting up discriminatory programs and dropping them only after public complaints.

Only the credible threat of losing federal funding will wake up the wokesters.

That's it. Keep people down without healthcare, and education, they then depend on the rich to starve to death. It's about total control STUPID!

DEI is about "total control, STUPID"? If so, one has to wonder why the Dems are so fired up about DEI and the Republicans - those you detest - are trying to get rid of it!

Honestly, I thought the pronouns in signatures was meant to aid foreign customers when e-mailing.

I was utterly confused why HS & Grade School teachers felt the need to include them…

I didn’t personally use them, because my first name is fairly universally accepted as a male name, but I could understand why someone named ‘Micael’ would have it in their signature.

I once had an intern by that name, and we had no idea how to pronounce it or if they were male/female. I essentially addressed every correspondence w/‘they/them’ to play it safe. It was only after we set up a phone call that we discovered the intern was a ‘she’ and the name was pronounced ‘Mic-Kale’
