There is a new rash of gunfire at passenger aircraft at our airports. From Dallas: Notice how the idiots at Newsweek mention past safety issues with Southwest Airlines, as if receiving gunfire from off the airport is something that can be handled by a stupid safety policy. And according to wintesses not mentioned in the national stories, these were not shotguns or handguns, but semiautomics. The regime should never have allowed the invasion, and now the Dems are going to whine about the cost of sending the illegals home. |

The media accounts are structured in such a way that one might conclude that some lone crank is taking pot shots at aircraft (look at the comment sections to get a picture of that). You know, some crazy right-wing Texas separatist or something. But if if the witness accounts are real and unfabricated, then multiple semi-automatic bursts suggest something much more organized. Terrorists? Cartels? It isn't spoken of enough, but the cartels have taken full advantage of the open borders to expand and deepen operations across the US, especially in border states. Myorkas, Biden, Harris, and the other stupid Democrats who brought this about for their own power should be indicted and tried, because their actions are criminal. |

It will be interesting to see if this is a one-time incident or if we'll see similar attacks in the future. One thing is certain -- this illegitimate regime has put America at risk. |

The fact they said 'bullets' instead of 'rounds', or 'clip' instead of 'magazine', doesn't automatically dismiss the argument being made. But that has often been the case. BTW... Let's re-read the OP: "These were not shotguns or handguns, but semiautomics" Forget the spelling error... I own a handgun, and it is semi-automatic. Seems like the OP has a terminology problem on his hands! |

Most modern handguns are either a revolver or a semi-automatic. Most modern rifles are lever action, bolt action or semi-automatic. Most modern shotguns are single-shot, pump action or semi-automatic. These action types cover about 99% of common firearms. But only saying a firearm is 'semi-automatic' doesn't tell you if it's a handgun, rifle or shotgun, which is probably the most important detail of all. If I had to guess, it was probably a rifle that was used, since handguns and shotguns have a fraction of the range necessary to hit an aircraft in mid air. It was likely semi-automatic but it doesn't have to be. |
