Many songs have been ruined by commercial abuse. “Safe & Sound” by Capital Cities was abused by Jeep. “Taking Care of Business” abused by Home Depot? “Like a Rock” abused by Chevy “I’ve been Everywhere” by Johnny Cash And the ironically abused song… “I Want To Break Free” - Queen Just to name a few |

There was an Australian TV series I watched a couple of years ago on Amazon, it was called Wakefield, about a nurse in a mental institution. Come On Eileen had a prominate role, a snippet was played on about every episode. I thought it was a good series, I must have been in the minority because they only made 1 season. Maybe that song got it cancelled...  |
