You guys really need to turnoff Fox News and watch legal experts on CNN, so you understand. I know you guys will say CNN is biased, but they have all sort of legal experts on including former Trump lawyers. They are presenting both sides. The jurors need to agree on each of the 34 charges Trump is charged with, each has to deal with a falsified business record. What they don’t need to agree on is the exact crime Trump is accused of concealing, he is not charged with those crimes just falsifying business records to cover up a crime. for instance a federal campaign violation. Funny thing is I stole the thread title from Scott Jennings....of CNN. Oops! LOL

Explain the fairness of being convicted for covering up a crime that you were never convicted of. Or a crime that DOJ had already decided DIDN'T HAPPEN!

It seems likely to me that the jury will convict Trump of these imaginary charges. The judge is angling it to make it happen.
Very sad what this has come to.

CNN senior legal analyst Elie Honig stated that the legal institutions by the judge were most likely correct based on NY State law. However, he said something to the effect of law is somewhat fuzzy and appeals courts may need to clarify if Trump is convicted and appeals.

Notice the leftist TDS types don't care about the damage they are doing to the courts and the country as long as they get Trump in a Soviet Style court.

They have to expect that. It’s obvious that this is political law fare by the left and their owned judges.

I wouldn't put much stock, actually any in CNN's legal "experts". Aren't they still claiming Trump colluded with Russia and Hunter's Laptop is Russian disinformation. lol
