According Elie Honig, a CNN legal analyst who used to work in the Manhattan DA office, not only has this crime not been prosecuted in South Dakota, but it hasn't been prosecuted ANYWHERE. That's right, there is no evidence of a state attorney prosecuting a federal election law, or another crime dependent on federal election law. |
