I am more than a little shocked they didnt get jury nullification I am too. Perhaps they are tired of Bidenflation and the Biden Crime Family even in Delaware. Don't worry -- a Pardon will be granted on/after November 6th

Don't worry -- a Pardon will be granted on/after November 6th My first thought was that this is shocking. However, I think Joe and the leftists decided to sacrifice his son so they could say "see, there is no two tiered justice". Lets see what the sentencing actually is. Also, you're right that he'll be pardoned on Joe's way out of office.

Don't worry -- a Pardon will be granted on/after November 6th capt, I’ll bet you a beer there will be no pardon. Joe Biden could have stopped this prosecution at any time. He did not. And he has pledged there will be no pardon. That said, I will be shocked if there is anything more than minimal jail time. More likely, none. As many prosecutors have noted, this type of case rarely results in criminal charges. It was selective prosecution much like Trump’s NY case.

Is this when I am supposed to cry that this is purely political prosecution, the jury and jurors were biased, its a conspiracy against the Bidens to rig the elections, etc? Asking for a friend.

just a reminder:
Hunter Biden should be on trial for money laundering, for tax evasion regarding the millions he made from Burisma, for selling influence and government action, and for operating as an unregistered foreign agent, at a bare minimum.
But the corrupt prosecutor tapped by Biden to “investigate” Hunter magically let the statute of limitations expire on Hunter’s Burisma bucks and ignored every single crime committed in service of the Biden crime family. He just pretended none of it ever happened to protect Joe Biden.
Hunter’s gun trial only came about as a last minute face-saving measure after the corrupt prosecutor’s corrupt plea deal for Hunter was ripped to shreds by a federal judge.
Any verdict in the gun trial is functionally irrelevant because the corrupt Biden admin has already proven that the entire justice system is rigged. By them. In favor of themselves and their friends, and against their political enemies. Nothing in this silly trial will do a thing to change that fact.

As many prosecutors have noted, this type of case rarely results in criminal charges. It was selective prosecution much like Trump’s NY case. A felony conviction means he's lost his law license -- something only a pardon can reverse. Joe couldn't stop this and still run for reelection (remember Nixon's Saturday Night Massacre). This is only the first of several for Hunter (his main tax violations were allowed to toll past the Statute of Limitations). The reason for this prosecution isn't because it was a "selective prosecution" or a political one, but because of the plea deal that the DOJ tried to ram through to let Hunter off. The Judge in the case rejected the plea deal because she ruled it was unconstitutional. In contrast, the White House dispatched the #3 person in the DOJ to work in Fat Alvin's office to convict Trump of a Federal Crime in a New York State Court. Of course, don't forget that the White House Office of Legal Counsel communicated with both Alvin and Fani over their prosecutions. Hunter would likely have avoided his gun charges had he not been such a drug addict that he forgot to pick up his laptop (that was really his, not Russian propaganda).

Here's the think lying on that form SHOULD be prosecuted more, not less. This is how straw purchases happen a lot of times. Or are you on board with not having 4473 form and the NICS check?
