this should add excitement to the game.
unfortunetly, they penalized the hip tackle, so its about glorified flag football

The technique has become popular as players get faster and stronger, giving smaller defenders a chance in a league that continues to award more advantages to offenses. ALways looked like a wrap up tackle to me also

Here I thought flag football meant pulling a flag, but this sounds more like conveniently throwing a penalty flag on 3rd and long for a team advocating for a new stadium or land
