According to Politico, Biden to his supporters last week: www.bbc.com/news/articles/cw0y9xljv2yo.ampThis is why I find his call for “calm” to be disingenuous. Biden is a lying prick. Either the administration/deep state was behind the attempt, or they brought about the environment where it would happen. Either way, they are guilty.

Jan 6th was not an insurrection Oh, my apologies… “brouhaha?” “Impromptu White House Tour?” “Mostly Peaceful Protest?” My point is, if Trump’s words “ incited an insurrection” than does this mean Biden’s words incited a “ hit on a political rival?” If not, then what is the difference?

Excellent point, CPC. The Dems have been accusing Trump of inciting an insurrection (and much worse). In fact, IIRC, Jack Smith charged him with two Felonies over the "insurrection" (or Fedsurrection).

Excellent point, CPC. The Dems have been accusing Trump of inciting an insurrection (and much worse). In fact, IIRC, Jack Smith charged him with two Felonies over the "insurrection" (or Fedsurrection). It’s a very ugly and dangerous game they are trying to play. There’s been a lot of assaults on the First Amendment. We’ve gone from interpreting this foundational right to be “ I may not like what you’re saying, but I’ll defend your right to say it” to “ you have no right to say that!” There’s this notion that bullying is a greater impingement to one’s rights than actually suppressing someone. Insane. That’s why swinging that door wide-open is dangerous. We’re INCREDIBLY fortunate that assassination was unsuccessful. However, with the assault on the First Amendment, we now have to ask the question, how is Biden’s very specific remarks different? In truth, it shouldn’t be, but I didn’t open that box.

Thank you for the clarification I get your point now. Could also add the joke of "Dictator for a day" and the drama around that.
