www.npr.org/2024/08/17/nx-s1-5075310/burning-man-slow-ticket-sales#:~:text=Members%20of%20the%20Burning%20Man,putting%20people%20off%20in%202024. I find this interesting. My wife and I are going to Mexico early next year for a music festival. This is a pretty frivolous expense. and not a cheap one. The promotors who put this show on a number of shows during a month and in the past these have sold out very quickly, often in days. Not this year. Still rooms available at all of the events, which leads me to believe that a lot of people are having trouble coming up with the money this year. The promoter has always offered to break the total payment down into six credit card payments, which probably makes it workable for a lot of people. Personally, I feel that if you can't afford to pay cash for something like this than you can't afford it, but it is their money. So now they are saying that Burning man and other festivals have been seeing slow ticket sales and less attendance. But you don't even have to go that far, I don't believe that most local concerts are selling out anymore or at least doing quickly. People are pulling back on spending the signs are definitely there. People might be spending more overall, but that is probably because things that we need cost more. The economy is in trouble or at least heading that way.

Bigger indicator is people are buy more store brands than name brands. It's been going on for months and if people vote in Kumala the economy will crash. We don't have much flexibility to fix an economic crisis anymore. Inflation already up and printing more money will cause a world wide economic crisis. Of course, I think the left would like to see it as they'd use it to take even more power and ruin this country and then say we have the fix, totalitarian Marxism is the way forward. They like to create crisis and hen claim to have the fix. Brainwashed millennials and GenZ'rs will fall for it as usual.

Maybe people are just getting a little sense and not wanting to pay often $200 plus for concert tickets. Artists or promoters don’t even care about selling out anymore. Just maximizing revenue by over pricing tickets.
