Cities in MA are locking down over mosquitoes from dusk till dawn. Yeah, that's a load of crap as well! If they wanted to "protect the citizens" why not spray instead of calling for lock-downs? |

Cities in MA are locking down over mosquitoes from dusk till dawn. Why don't they act like Southern States and spray for Mosquitos? Even Arizona and California has programs for spraying. Chemicals like synthetic Pyrethroid pesticide DUET HD, Pyrethrin, Permethrin, and Deltamethrin (another synthetic pyrethroid insecticide) amongst others are highly effective against mosquitoes. It's rather pathetic that today's Marxist Dems want to control and lock down their citizens instead of protect them through proven, safe techniques. |

Maybe towns in Massachusetts aren't set up to be spraying for mosquitos like towns in more southern states are? When cities in the South are hit with a half inch of snow, and they are calling for people to stay home if possible rather than drive (or in more sinister terms, "LOCKDOWN!!!"), will you share the same outrage? This situation is more akin to MODOT recommending people not drive during snow than it is a 24/7 enforced lockdown, or even an enforced lockdown between dusk and dawn. Your comparison is far more ridiculous than mine. Do you get outraged when a state government entity recommends that people stay home (also known as LOCKDOWN!!!) when snow is expected? |

I think it also needs to be pointed out...
The same people who think this is all about government control, also believe that the very same government should be driving up and down the streets spraying chemicals into the air. Chemicals which undoubtedly settle onto their cars, onto their lawns, onto their vegetable gardens, into their water supply. Chemicals which the government says are "proven and safe"! Like the proven safe and effective "bioweapon vaccine"?
You guys are a joke. I certainly believe government (local, state, and federal) can all be incompetent. But it is you who believes that they act maliciously. And then you want that same malicious government to spray chemicals into the air in your neighborhoods rather than recommend you stay indoors at night.
