As expected, deranged Jack Smith appeals dismissal of Florida Documents case in the Atlanta 11th Circuit Court of Appeal. Apparently, deranged Jack Smith had to finish his filing tomorrow, so he's apparently in no great rush to expedite the case that will eventually end with the Supreme Court. He also (wisely) didn't try to have Judge Cannon removed from the case, as he would have been smacked down on that request. The Government's appeal is available here.

Ok, noted.
Those appointments were to people who had already been APPROVED BY THE SENATE.
Smith was appointed from outside the government to an position that requires senate confirmation.

The reality is that nothing will happen in either Witch Hunt case until after the election.
