What are you grilling?
We started last night with a 2” Sirloin, and man was that good. I’d been waiting to try out a Lawry’s Steakhouse Marinate, because I’ve genuinely enjoyed going to the restaurant when I go to LA, and grilled it for less than 20 minutes (4 minutes a side, another 4 here & there) on our “infrared” grill.
Sunday is out of my control, so the in-laws are doing ham. So, may need to do pork steaks tonight before the CITY SC Match
