The weaponized DOJ lawfare effort against President Trump has totally failed. The Democrats originally figured that when President Trump was indicted, the public would reject him and turn to some other RINO candidate like NeoCon Nikki or Gov. DeSantis. When indictments (and Fat Fani's mugshot stint) simply increased President Trump's popularity because the public understood they were politically motivated, the Dems tried to remove Trump's name from the ballot "to save Democracy."
Now, the Miami documents case has been dismissed because deranged Jack Smith's office is ruled unconstitutional. The DC witch hunt case is delayed until after the election. The ballot removal effort was smacked down by a unanimous Supreme Court. Fat Fani's case is shutdown and she's defending her actions in a Georgia appellate case. Today, Judge Merchan finally delayed the sentencing in the rigged NYC case until after the election (Trump's filings in the Federal Courts apparently had an impact on the judge).
Lawfare has failed, despite the best corrupt efforts of the weaponized DOJ in the Biden-Harris regime.

Judge delays Donald Trump’s sentencing in hush money case until after November election
A judge agreed Friday to postpone Donald Trump’s sentencing in his hush money case until after the November election, granting him a hard-won reprieve as he navigates the aftermath of his criminal conviction and the homestretch of his presidential campaign.
Manhattan Judge Juan M. Merchan, who is also weighing a defense request to overturn the verdict on immunity grounds, delayed Trump’s sentencing until Nov. 26, several weeks after the final votes are cast in the presidential election.
It had been scheduled for Sept. 18, about seven weeks before Election Day.
Trump’s lawyers pushed for the delay on multiple fronts, petitioning the judge and asking a federal court to intervene. They argued that punishing the former president and current Republican nominee in the thick of his campaign to retake the White House would amount to election interference.
