^^^ THIS ^^^ especially when said son was questioned by the FBI about a school shooting just last year Interesting topic here and I'm curious about your's and other's thoughts based on the posts on this thread... My kid has an AR-15 in his room right now. He is 14. He also has a fully loaded magazine for that AR-15 in his room. And he knows where it is. (I have the Glock, he has the AR. And he is a way better shot than I am!) Now if my son had some sort of problems where I would/should have concerns, he wouldn't have it. Obviously. But I don't have any concerns with him having it. And obviously if he EVER put that fully loaded magazine into it to 'play' with it, he wouldn't have it anymore. Question for the forum: Should I remove the AR-15 from my son? So your son is a good kid who is not going around threatening to shoot up schools/shooting up schools and have proper respect and training for the weapon and for mankind? Why would you take it away from him? Just because there is 1 bad 14 y/o in the barrel doesn't make them all bad! It's NOT the weapon that makes the kids bad, its their reasoning for pulling the trigger, if that makes any sense at all!
