There's two football games on TV tonight. #14 Kansas State vs #20 Arizona game (7:00 pm on Fox), but if not here's a heads up. Kansas State is a 7 point favorite. Mizzou's old nemesis Kansas hosts UNLV at 6:00 pm on ESPN. Kansas is a 9 point favorite. As a reminder, Kansas sucks...

Congratulations to Barry Odom for not only a 3-0 start, but defeating Kansas (and proving yet again that they suck)...

struggle win by Georgia, but 42 in a row.
whomever doesnt have to play Tenn in the SEC should consider themselves blessed.
Florida vs FSU is shaping up to be a barnburner between interim coaches.

struggle win by Georgia, but 42 in a row. whomever doesnt have to play Tenn in the SEC should consider themselves blessed. Florida vs FSU is shaping up to be a barnburner between interim coaches. It's interesting to see how the "young, up and coming" coaches do when the make it into the "real" conferences like the SEC and Big Ten. Billy Napier was one of the "new stars" from his success with the UL-Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns. He was rumored to be in the running for LSU when Florida swopped in to hire him to replace Dan Mullen. It looks like he'll be a 3 and out coach (if he makes 3 years). Florida just doesn't have a tolerance for losing, but it takes time to build a a winning program. In contrast, Drinkwitz is on his 4th year at Mizzou, and seems to be building a winning program in place that's hard to recruit top talent (4 & 5 star players tend to go Georgia, Alabama, LSU, Ohio State, Michigan, or the two Texas schools). BTW - I doubt Norvell is going anywhere soon. Florida State owes him a boatload of money ($65 million) with his extension to keep him leaving following Saban's retirement, so they'll likely tolerate another year or two of mediocre teams than pay him millions to be an analyst at Georgia or Florida.

Notre Dame sure took their loss to NIU out on Purdue. What an ass-kicker They must have been embarrassed by the NIU Huskies -- and should have been. Then again, they have a relatively easy schedule until they finish up against USC.

Now we know what Florida State sucks so bad this year: I remember when they use to be a real university, before the soy boys took over...
