![]() This is an old article that places too much credit for human nations in it's creation and use today as there are far darker forces issuing the directives. However it does pose an overview on what is essentially technology based upon purely dark forces, far older and more powerful than the weak enemies of Abraham.
We are talking about a weapon platform with far more destructive potential than the splitting of the atom ever realized, on the smallest to mass casualties holocausts. Weapons that can drop a leader in a small nation one day then trigger an earthquake/tsunami that kills 200,000 the next.
These have been used in what we could term 'regional' conflicts against human tribes, but for the most part they are there for when our masters command our leaders to 'make an adjustment' to the hierarchy they alone control.
We are all puppets. Our leaders our puppets. There are very few actual heroes and none are our politicians. NONE.

Here it comes, the weather 'experts' talk of a slow hurricane season, then here comes this monster in a matter of days which is currently shit-mixing gulf side Florida.
The truth is that weather can be, and has been, manipulated in times of war. Later as this tech became more accessible to those willing to endure the discipline required to harness and control it, the increasingly nasty weather events began to increase in scale. This was a direct result of any possible political organization or nation state with the will and the ability to fund the operations. Hurricanes happen naturally seasonally without fail, this is where scalar influence can channel this natural power. There has been much testing but there has also been direct interference and also indirect weather attacks. This is where this tech enters the discussion, theoretically these systems could be tuned up to levels that could destroy the planet itself. Weather, warm and /or cold fronts. Earthquakes, big nasty ones. Volcanoes, bigger nastier ones. The kind of big nasty ones that caused extinctions in earlier ages. Also other effects that could be disastrous on far larger scales. Look into HAARP and the Soviet Union's woodpecker, both were previously used for early entry into this.
