The Supreme Court's recent rulings reining in the unelected, incompetent, unfireable, unaccountable, arbitrary, reckless, and malfeasant permanent bureaucracy has created the path to dismantling the 4th branch of government. Elon showed that you can cut a bureaucracy's employment level without impacting the service of the organization. Twitter cut ~75% of its staff, and it's better than every. While the dunderheaded American pop culture is obsessed with abortion and sexual nihilism, the new pushback against the administrative state is one of the most remarkable and meaningful developments in constitutional jurisprudence in decades. This needs to proceed . . . and accelerate. In a more sane world this would be a major campaign issue. As it is, mention it to someone and they'll look at you as if you're from Mars. ' |
