Now the Cardinals single-season record holder with 49. One of a few bright spots this season. I don’t recall if I predicted this here or on stltoday, but I said it was the main reason they wouldn’t trade him at the deadline. They desperately needed something to cling to when marketing next year. That said, predictions and reasons are one thing, execution is another. Very impressive feat! Good for Ryan. Love the closing walk-out at Busch. That alone is worth keeping him. |
