The fact remains that these evils Dicks would use anything possible to maintain control. I don’t know that this technology has been used for evil. But, I can say that the technology to control storms exists. I can also say that I would put nothing past them. |

No, its impossible with current technology. Its like saying because you can create a tornado in your bathtub when water goes down a drain, one can create a tornado in real life. Steering a hurricane would need the ability to create the upper level steering winds which would be many times larger and stronger than the hurricane itself over an expansive area.

Yes, we currently have two political parties (that matter). One of those two candidates would get elected. Which candidate would support a plan to unleash weather weapons (if they exist) on the American people? The one who harps on about the “existential threat” of climate change, or the one who supports America First? Yeah, you act like you are super smart for backi by out of US politics. Meanwhile, we have the threat of the new puppet Kamala Harris, and the globalist agenda, for another 4 years.
