Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor has made clear she has no plans to step down, according to people close to her, despite calls from some on the left that President Joe Biden should try to name a successor before President-elect Donald Trump takes office.

The Left has fallen in love with these lame duck stunts for some reason. I saw this morning where one of Harris’ communications directors saying Biden should resign making Harris POTUS for a couple months for ….. reasons?  ? “¯\_(ツ)_/¯“ |

The demand that she retires is nothing but an admission of the left that they require that neither constitutional issues nor the evaluation of federal legislation be based on legal principles, and instead demand that all such judgements be based on solely on their own partisan agenda. And, if Sotomayor were to retire, she would prove herself guilty of the same. |

Can anyone imagine what the left would say if Trump said today that he wanted to pack the court with 4 more conservative justices? It would be worth the price of admission to see liberals go ballistic saying that he does not have the right to do that. Heck, I made myself laugh at that thought.  |
