This thing is a massive bomb that the left now needs to figure out how to stop from going off, and they dont know what to do.
On the one hand, they let Marchan grant the motion for new trial, and the crazed left loses it on him and Alvin Bragg because people on their side have been so keyed up from the "convicted felon" talking point, they cant afford to let it go. On the other hand, they keep it up, sentence Trump to actual time in jail and enter a conviction. He just declines to appear and refuses to ever step foot in NY again, and we flat out have an actual constitutional crisis on our hands.
Still, I wanted a ruling today.

If I were an inmate I would use the defense the president gets to walk. Why can't I. Two kinds of justice. 1 for the rich, 1 for the poor. The poor suffer. at the same time, the guilty rich get a pass. |

President Trump was targeted for persecution because he was President Trump. If you, me, or any other person gets in trouble with the law, then we won't get the Democrat "Get out of Jail Free" card that Hillary got. |

The only disappointing aspect of this election was not being able to see assholes like dukie, riley, axbub, etc., melt down back in the old country. Honestly, there will always be a slightly empty spot in all of this for me not getting to witness that.

Dukie is a waste of plasma; he simply wouldnt have survived here. the new and reformed Abuxb shows the power of redemption (I know its not the same person) Riley was here but left because his anti-Semitism was being called out. I imagine the Nurse was quite distraught at Trump winning. |

It's less delicious when you know someone and feel somewhat sorry for them. Having zero sympathy for the jerkwads listed above would have really made this last week that much more fun. |
