Who would have figured that two competing online car commercials, not planned to be released about the same time, can cause such a popular stir. But they illustrate the vast devide in western culture.
In this corner, we see the modern progressive view of the world, which dominates Europe and wishes to domate the US:
In this corner, we have the conservative view of the world, which remains prevalent in America.
I don't have to tell you which one needs to prevail.

Both of these were commercials intended to sell me a car?
Whatever happened to showing a vehicle driving across the frozen tundra, spewing up snow and mud, and crossing a shallow creek at 60 mph while telling me to not attempt to do those things in their vehicles? Now that is an American car commercial worthy of prevailing. I don't know what the fuck Jaguar and Volvo are doing, but it is certainly not America!

No Jag commercial will ever entice me to buy one. They are a maintenance nightmare. A guy I worked for in Texas had one and it was in the repair shop every other week for days at a time.
On the other hand, Volvos are dependable, safe vehicles that drive like a dream.
I can't say much good about either commercial IMHO, they both suck especially that stupid woke ass Jag travesty.
