I’m thinking we should identify 64 vehicles into 4 Classes and then have them come head to head.
Classic Cars Pre WW2 Classic Cars Post WW2 to the Gas Crisis (through the 70’s) Classic Cars Post Gas Crisis (from the 80’s through the 90’s) Modern Vehicles Post 2000’s
I think we can navigate this pretty well by compiling a list that includes Cars, Trucks, and SUV’s. Then, we’ll capture votes at the end of each week to cut down the participants until we have a victor!
I’ll start compiling a list. I probably won’t give separate brackets for American and Foreign Vehicles. I think there’s an opportunity to isolate those in separate polls & discussions.
Feel free to respond to this thread with models & years and I’ll post it up on Tuesday!

I think 64 may be a stretch, but a field of 16, 4 from each of the era's you mentioned seems reasonable
I'll add these for consideration for the field
1. Model T 2. VW Bug 3. Lamborghini Countach (we all had the poster) 4. C8 Corvette

My Super Beetle still ranks as one of my favorite cars I've owned, up there with my Dodge Challengers (obviously, different type vehicles).

Nope, introduced in 1945. There was limited production, but the Bohemian Corporal's actions limited sales. The Kübelwagen (or "VW Jeep") was the main VW product during the war. However, your point is taken. It wasn't until the British restarted production after WW-2 that sales took off.
