I love the place, we go at least every other week. Best brisket in town and the sandwiches utilize cheeses and other ingredients to maximize the flavors of the meats. But many just go for the meat and as Mr Chimetime shows it sure stands up for itself. And gourmet sides to go with the dinners and sandwiches. They just closed their Chesterfield location to concentrate on Leona and the West County folks are keeping it very busy. Good move, I've seen many places like Bandanas expand and quality go down, The Hog just keeps getting better.
