A 'glitch' at Chase bank's ATMs which allowed customers to withdraw money from their account after depositing fake checks for large sums has seen a wave of people flaunt their cash online. It appears some Chase customers wrote checks with outlandish amounts and deposited them to get tens of thousands of dollars that weren't theirs, which had some calling it an 'infinite money hack.' www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13802991/TikTokers-Chase-bank-glitch.htmlHard for me to believe that so many people can be this stupid. Just more proof that the idea of "No Child Left Behind" in pour school system where taxpayers waste huge sums of money trying to educate the bottom half of the bell curve needs to be re-examined.

I saw yesterday some clown had an negative $8,000.00 balance This is simply the latest example of why the Chi-Comm software should have already been banned. All of these idiots are now liable to pay back the money, and potentially could be prosecuted criminally if they knowingly used fraud to withdraw the money. Of course, in Democrat cities, Soros prosecutors not only won't charge them, they'll probably call it "reparations" and expect the banks to eat the cost ("they have insurance")...

Chase already took some/all the money back, from what I've read. However, I didn't read about them prosecuting anyone, which is stupid, IMO, but what do I know? I'm not stupid enough to pull an idiotic thing like that. Whatever happened to Congress banning TikTok? I guess that fell through

There is always a method to Schumer's madness - I just don't care to explore it!

The people that did this are the Democratic Party's pets, and any attempt to make them face any consequences will result in endless cries of racism.

Although the people that took advantage of this are stupid a wrong the bank is also at fault. It is their software that was fucked up. You leave your door open and you are the one responsible for the damage.

There are many that have 40-50k negative in their accounts and didn't receive 40-50k only about half.
Chase is evidently prosecuting them as well, but it is NY in most cases so who knows if the DA's actually will.

Those 'challenges' killed people. If/when TikTok gets banned, I don't see how that ends morons emulating moronic behavior they saw on social media. Now, if the TikTok app is stealing information in a way that other apps aren't, then I would agree. But banning TikTok will in no way end moronic behavior from those who saw something on social media.

I'm not a Tik-Toker, I'm not a Twitter/x'er, I'm not an Instagram-er. Hell, I don't even like going to You-Tube, except in rare circumstances. Agree with your last sentence but do you really like the idea of China having Tik-Toker's private information ( whatever info they have to give to join )
