So, Harris showed “good judgment” by having a person mock Catholics in her video? A comedienne who has openly criticized the Catholic Church? Was that good “content” for her to have in a video that she had all the time she needed to make sure it sounded right? Ending with a comment about what Luke says in his gospel, right after using someone to mock Catholics, looks bad and disingenuous. And Harris followed up HER comments by telling someone who shouted, “Jesus is Lord” at one of her rallies that he was “at the wrong rally”. What, are Christians not allowed at her rallies? editted to add: you ask how anyone can support that “crass vulgarian”. Well, we have witnessed a president have an extramarital affair IN THE OVAL OFFICE and lie about it. We have been basically told that we can ignore things like that as long as the person governs okay. Well, Trump has proven how he governs, and the way he governed was much better than the way Harris has. Harris was confronted with a sudden barrage of incoherent heckling and responded with a light-hearted retort. I thought that little incident was extremely well-handled. Trump’s tactic is to yell “beat the hell out of ‘em”. Typical Trump bully boy, tough guy provocation. Please quote me the most anti-Catholic remark uttered by Harris in the video. For that matter, please quote the most anti-Catholic comment by Gallagher during that same video. Clinton falsely denied having what turned out to be consensual sexual activities initiated by Lewinsky, and was then ensnared by a carefully orchestrated perjury trap well after the “affair” had ended. That doesn’t excuse what he did and I certainly didn’t and don’t approve of it. He paid a heavy price for his indiscretions. Clinton isn’t on the ballot. Trump - a convicted felon, a crude narcissistic jerk whose election lies sparked an unprecedented insurrection (which he calls “a day of love”), who labels his American opponents “the enemy within” worse than our foreign adversaries, whose close associates warn is unfit for office - is. It wasn’t “incoherent heckling”. If it was, why did she respond? She knew what they said and that is why she mocked them and told them they belonged at the “smaller” rally down the street. As for her video, having an anti-Catholic person appear in her video, making her usual mockery of Catholics, was the “anti-Catholic” part that Harris is responsible for. If Trump did a video and had someone in it mocking people, would you blame him for agreeing to it? And I don’t know who you mean by “Gallagher”, so I don’t know how to answer that question. And Clinton lied about his affair from the beginning, so he was not “trapped” into perjury. And why did you put the word “affair” in quote marks? It was an affair was it not? Consensual affairs are still “affairs”. And yes, Trump is on the ballot. You call him a “convicted felon” but that was based on flimsy charges…similar to the “orchestrated trap” you think Clinton faced. I have seen Trump govern and I have seen Harris govern. They are our two choices. He governs better than her.

The whole thing is painful to watch. Harris is running on the single worst platform in American presidential election history. And Trump is one of the worst human beings who has lived during my lifetime and now is showing clear signs of cognitive decline. It is hard to believe anyone supports either of these clowns. Never underestimate the stupidity of the American public. Jesus Christ you think Trump is one of the worst human beings who has lived during your lifetime? Get out of your bubble, drama queen. 🙄 Easily. He is completely amoral and preys on the stupid and weak.

It’s not unusual, except with Trump the response is generally far more asinine. Mary Katherine GALLAGHER is the character played by Molly Shannon who appeared in the video with Harris. Thus, my reference to “Gallagher”. With all due respect, momof, I think you knew very well whom I had in mind, at least you should have. Now please answer my questions which you avoided. What do you consider the most offensive anti-Catholic remarks uttered by Harris and Gallagher/Shannon in the video? I put “affair” in quotes because an extramarital affair ordinarily implies sexual intercourse. There was none between Clinton and Lewinsky, at least not in the traditional sense. If it bothers you, please consider the quotation marks deleted. Yes, the Jones lawyers did indeed set a perjury trap. Trump can’t govern his way out of a wet paper bag. He does evince an unusual affinity for authoritarians. Bolton said Trump is an ignoramus who will be an easy mark for our adversaries and that most of our allies consider him a laughing fool. Tillerson said he is an effing moron. Fortunately there were advisers in his first administration who acted as a brake against his more misguided impulses. I don’t think they will be around if he’s re-elected. Maybe Vance can take on that role.

That tells me, and others, that Christians views aren’t welcomed at her rallies. Are you a Christian? I am, and it was offensive to me. Maybe you are a Christian and don’t care that she dismisses you and other Christians. But many Christians feel offended. So much for “tolerance” from her, huh? No, I didn’t know the character’s name that Shannon was portraying was Gallagher. Sorry. It is a character that hasn’t been around on SNL for a long time. I didn’t remember her name. The smelling of her armpits was anti-Catholic. The whole persona she portrayed was anti-Catholic. She wasn’t painting Catholic school girls in a positive light. And I’m not even Catholic, but I could see how she was mocking them. And Harris went along with it. Poor judgment on her part. Does your wife (if you are married) know that you believe it is only considered an extramarital affair if the two people have sexual intercourse? Wow. So, dinner every weekend with another woman, without your wife knowing, is not an affair? Texting back and forth, even sharing photos, is not an affair? Again…wow. It isn’t a perjury trap if, from the beginning, Clinton would have been honest and just admitted what he did. Instead, he drug it out for months, and would have continued to lie about it had the “blue dress” not been around. No one is “trapped” into lying. A person can be honest every day without anyone telling them not to. Trump has already proven he can govern just fine. We had low inflation, good employment, and no wars during his presidency. You may claim our adversaries will think he is an easy mark, but why would they think that now when they didn’t think that before?

Simple arguments from a simpleton. You're right in Trump's sweet spot. How many pairs of $2K Trump gold sneakers have you purchased dummy?

How many pairs of $2K Trump gold sneakers have you purchased dummy? Seriously. Murder is the most abhorrent act a person can commit. Trump has never murdered anybody. There have probably been millions of murderers in your lifetime. We know of many mass murderers and genocides in the past 50-60 years. I'm going to assume you are between 50-60. And you think he is one of the worst people who has lived in your lifetime because he says stupid stuff and can be mean? Your TDS is off the charts.

I am, and it was offensive to me. Maybe you are a Christian and don’t care that she dismisses you and other Christians. But many Christians feel offended. So much for “tolerance” from her, huh? She responded to a small group of disruptive hecklers in a mild, humorous and appropriate manner. I am a Christian and wasn’t offended at all. Based on his past experience I suspect bully boy Trump would have told any hecklers to go to hell and urged security to beat the hell out of them. Then you obviously failed to watch the video before responding to my request for the most offensive remarks uttered by Harris and Gallagher (the character played by Shannon). It would have taken you all of four minutes. Sniffing armpits may be silly, but anti-Catholic? Please. My wife was Catholic, attended Catholic schools, and had a couple of small, wind up nun figurines with scowls on their faces simulating the stricter teachers. Would you object to those for being an impermissible mockery of Catholicism? Did you listen to Trump’s address? There were mean-spirited, below the belt, exceptionally crude insults that were ten times more offensive than anything said or shown in the Harris video. Evidently you were unbothered by those.Does your wife (if you are married) know that you believe it is only considered an extramarital affair if the two people have sexual intercourse? Wow. So, dinner every weekend with another woman, without your wife knowing, is not an affair? Texting back and forth, even sharing photos, is not an affair? Again…wow. I was married 34 years to a wonderful woman. She unexpectedly passed away two weeks ago and the loss is devastating. She was 15 years younger than I am and should have outlived me by 15-20 years. The conduct you describe is wrong and a betrayal of trust, but it isn’t necessarily an affair. But, to repeat, if my putting the word in quotation marks somehow offends your sensibilities, please consider them deleted. Wow, indeed. Show me 100 rumored extramarital dalliances and I’ll show you at least 95 initial denials, especially among politicians, Democrat or Republican. No question but that Clinton’s “zipper problem” was contemptible, and it was condemned, and he suffered consequences for it. But there was a lot of Republican hypocrisy during that entire saga including behind the scenes machinations by right-wing operatives to ensnare himTrump has already proven he can govern just fine. We had low inflation, good employment, and no wars during his presidency. You may claim our adversaries will think he is an easy mark, but why would they think that now when they didn’t think that before? His good governance is a matter of opinion. He was handed a strong and still improving economy by Obama who had pulled the country out of the worst economic crisis since the Depression. The Trump pre-COVID economy was good but was bolstered by massive deficits. His tariff proposals are a recipe for disaster. Internationally, he doesn’t know his rear end from page eight. Scuttling the JCPOA instead of working to improve it has put the Tehran hardliners back in charge and Iran weeks away from nuclear capabilities instead of years. He wanted to bomb Mexico. He unilaterally announced the immediate withdrawal of all US forces from Syria (sheer stupidity). He was well on his way to completely fracturing the NATO alliance and sacrificing Ukraine to his pal Putin. The one thing he was adept at in the foreign policy arena was establishing bromances with dictators.

Always interesting how similar, to actual wording, all the leftist sound; almost like they are in a cult.
Harris SUCKS BALLS and would be end of this country, period.
Funny Syria is brought up, I'm sorry did Syria INVITE the U.S.A Military into their country; don't thing so. Gee almost like an armed invasion into a sovereign nation. Did Congress declare war to keep our troops in a country that did not invite us?
