If he is found guilty he will be under the same rules as any felon. He will not be allowed to have firearms. Would this include use of the military as president if he were elected by the eletrol system again? How could he serve as president if he can't have a firearm(or use of a free hand on the military).

With this line of thinking, he would not be able to have the Secret Service protect him. Really?

To this point, the "crime" has not been divulged in the trial. and has been pointed out a few million times already, informing the defendant of the crime they are being charged with and the nature of the crime used to be common practice.

God I can't wait for the camps for stupid people like the OP it is not a stupid question it is a loophole to keep him under control. If convicted why wouldn't he be subjected to the same rules as everyone else? So you agree with him that he should have total immunity? No one has that except Putin. Is that the kind of country you want to live in? If so save us all the time, and you move to russia.

If Trump does not get immunity neither does Clinton, Bush (war criminal), Obama(kills Americans without due process), and Biden. So yeah I would love to see those four in prison. You can share the same camp with them. Trump mentally broke you and your ilk, you prove that every day. Yet you will accept government nonsense as long as "your team" is doing it.

It is good to know that you are in favor of Obama being arrested for ordering a drone attack to kill an American citizen and for the death of a border agent during Fast and Furious. Got it!

I would assume he could if he wanted, but it's moot since he's surrounded by secret service anyway. The bigger question is would he be set free if he won the election? You really can't have the leader of the free world behind bars. So that is quite a conundrum. I would imagine that if convicted he'll get a slap on the wrist. Something like 30 days house arrest. And that'll probably get suspended. We have a disgraceful justice system where the wealthy and powerful act with near impunity. The only thing that will get you in trouble is stealing from wealthy and powerful people. As intended by those powerful and wealthy people, all eggs will be in the election basket. It'll be up to the people to decide, let's hope they're up to the task, Again.

He couldn't get hired at most companies in the U.S. but can serve as President just as long as he's a Natural Born Citizen and 35 years old. That's all it takes to have your finger on the nukes and be read in on all the national secrets and securities. It really is a disgrace that a criminal could be President. And he is a criminal.
