it is not a stupid question it is a loophole to keep him under control. If convicted why wouldn't he be subjected to the same rules as everyone else? So you agree with him that he should have total immunity? No one has that except Putin. Is that the kind of country you want to live in? If so save us all the time, and you move to russia. If Trump does not get immunity neither does Clinton, Bush (war criminal), Obama(kills Americans without due process), and Biden. So yeah I would love to see those four in prison. It looks like the fix is in. Turley just said that the judge has allowed so many things that are not acceptable in courts throughout this country. Also, he said that he believes that with what has happened, Trump's only chance is a hung jury and that is suspect.

Further proof of a Kangaroo Court. The judge is reading his instructions and he just told the jury that they don't have to agree on what the crime is for a conviction. This initially is a misdemeanor and is a felony with 4 years of prison time possible if the jury can tie together various lies told and think that they lead up to the felony. Remember, this judge did not allow an expert to testify as to what the law is regarding a federal election law violation. This judge is doing exactly what Trump has been charged with in Florida with the intent for election interference.
A lawyer is now saying that one of the charges is out of Bragg's ability to charge and yet, the judge is allowing it. Attorney Paul Marino is saying that only now is the jury and Trump's lawyers hearing the other charges. That is unconstitutional.
