Why do you waste time with these silly posts? The Constitution spells out the requirements for being a President. Nothing you wrote impacts that: Qualifications seem light don't they? He couldn't get hired at most companies in the U.S. but can serve as President just as long as he's a Natural Born Citizen and 35 years old. That's all it takes to have your finger on the nukes and be read in on all the national secrets and securities. It really is a disgrace that a criminal could be President. And he is a criminal. No, he's actually not. |

If the demographics were a little different (and they're changing every day) he wouldn't stand a snowballs chance in hell. Unfortunately, at least for now, we're saddled with the electoral college which in effect makes votes unequal. A person living in Wyoming has a vote that counts more than a person in California. That's not right. The Constitution says "All men are created equal" and that's not equal. This is the reason why conservatives harp about immigration so much. They know that immigrants by and large will vote Democrat when they become citizens. This is also why they install such hurdles to make it harder for poor people to vote. They know this, but just like Apartheid in South Africa, eventually it'll go down. England had their Brexit moment and the vilification of immigrants and now look at them. They're sorry they ever voted for it. Our agriculture depends on such labor to keep prices down. Right or wrong, you don't want to pay 3 dollars for an orange. Immigrants also pay local taxes and sales tax so they aren't a drag on the economy. Sorry, getting a bit off track here. Main thing being, wouldn't it be better to not attack everyone. We're in uncharted territory here with Trump. No President has ever done what he's done. We've always had a peaceful transfer of power. Now what? |

Simple answer : he would, likely will be a convicted felon, deprived of the right to own firearms or vote in elections, including his own. I doubt he will be incarcerated - more likely, for him, lightly fined.
How much it moves any needles among the independents remains to be seen.
