My conscience will not permit me to vote for Trump or Commala (who became the DEM nominee when it was discovered Biden was declared legally brain dead). I was leaning toward Kennedy, as he was the only principled candidate capable of the office. Stein is an oddball freak show. West is honest in his positions - but also wrong on nearly all of them. Oliver is nothing but a reminder of what the Libertarian party has squandered. Now what?

That was my plan if the choice was Biden/Trump, and frankly I’m still leaning in that direction, although in Georgia, which has gotten very close, that will benefit Trump.

But as per usual, they fucked up the important part -- the replacement. They should have had an open process to name the best person. That is not Harris. And her wacky proposals eventually are going to hand our favorite weirdo nut job the presidency just as they doomed her in 2020.

They are already struggling. And if she ever has to debate, it will not be pretty. She cannot hide out for another 2 and a half months. They do not have the Covid excuse this time.

What she has announced so far is enough to knock her out -- price controls, taxes on unrealized gains, a 50% increase in Corporate taxes. I guess she actually wants a deep recession. Wait until she announces her social policies. That should be entertaining.

Kamala did not propose price controls, she discussed cracking down on price gouging. 40 states have laws against price gouging, but not the federal government. As to the corporate tax, her proposal which is the same as Biden’s is to raise the rate to 28% from 21%, that is not 50% increase. Let’s look at the history. From Wikipedia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corporate_tax_in_the_United_States“The top corporate tax rate in the U.S. fell from a high of 53% in 1942 to a maximum of 38% in 1993, which remained in effect until 2018, although corporations in the top bracket were taxed at a rate of 35% between 1993 and 2017. After the passage of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, on December 20, 2017, the corporate tax rate changed to a flat 21%, starting January 1, 2018” Corporations had wanted the top rate lowered to 28%, but Trump, other Republicans and their billionaire friends decided why not go down to 21%. I pay tax rate of 22%, so why should corporations such as Walmart, Amazon and Apple Pay lower taxes than many middle class Americans?

He is going to remain on the ballot is some states so I suppose I will wait to see if he is on my ballot when the time comes. Next option, as you say, is a write-in. Given the basis of my opposition to the current remaining options, perhaps that means a vote for Paul. Or, maybe I vote for myself.

Because our corporate tax rates need to be competitive globally for our companies to compete globally. How many people do you employ? How much generational wealth have you generated for others? Price gouging already is illegal. She wants to tell purveyors of basic goods and services how much they can charge if the government -- not the market -- decides their prices are too high. Thats been done. It doesn't work.

It's sad that you can't make a distinction between Trump and Kamala. This is how Trump beat Hillary. Trump and Kamala are just about as different as two people could be. If you can't tell the difference then you have a serious gullibility problem. Do not make any large purchases or finance a Nigerian Prince's taxes. LOL

What's a matter with her for trying to help and bring people together. You mean her proposals like injecting bleach or nuking hurricanes? If you're having trouble deciding between Kamala and Trump then you weren't honest to begin with. LOL

Because our corporate tax rates need to be competitive globally for our companies to compete globally. Funny. They aren't "our" corporations. You're talking about multinational behemoths. They should pay at the commensurate rate. God knows we the taxpayer has and continues to subsidize their piracy and extortion. How many people do you employ? How much generational wealth have you generated for others? Not near as many as you subsidize for Walmart and all the other huge corporations. We're aren't talking about Mom and Pop businesses here. Still, you believe that brass ring is possible. Most Americans have no path to what you speak of, they just want to pay bills and put food on the table. Hew dull-minded of you to push the Job creator silliness. Walmart is a job creator too, but you still subsidize their work force.Price gouging already is illegal. She wants to tell purveyors of basic goods and services how much they can charge if the government -- not the market -- decides their prices are too high. If it's illegal then why are they doing it? Could it be because they think they'll get away with it and have so far? Start hauling these MFer's before congress and passing bills to stop this shit and we won't have to deal with it every time they see and excuse. I'm for tying inflation to wages. Inflation goes up, wages goes up. Then you'd see how low inflation could get.Thats been done. It doesn't work. It's not the "market", it's monopolies. You must realize that when you go to the store, the stuff you buy is from subsidiaries of their respective corporations. You really don't have much choice at all. The "Free Market" doesn't work if corporations can make their own rules. What chance does a Mom and Pop store have against Walmart? None.

She could hold a press conference and tell everyone on the right what they want to hear and they'd still vote for that idiot Trump. I mean that paragon of financial genius that bankrupted so many businesses that American banks wouldn't loan him any money so he had to go to Russia. LOL
